Jeanene Smith MA, LPC, LMFT
I love hearing people's stories, how they are traveling along their journey and where they want to go. It is an honor and privilege to be allowed inside to help find solutions.
I believe each person has strengths they may not have realized or may not be able to see because of lack of knowledge, defeating habits or just getting worn out. I work to find those strengths and help you create the ability to allow positive patterns to overturn negative ones.
If I am not the right therapist for you, I will help you find a better fit. Therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental place. My heart sinks a little bit whenever I hear a new client tell me about a past bad therapy experience. My goal is to help you learn new skills and gain knowledge that will allow you to live a happy, fulfilling life and to assist you in creating the changes necessary to have that life.
